Community Engagement Manager

The Capital Allocators ecosystem includes critically acclaimed podcasts, gatherings, and advisory services focused on sharing best practices in institutional investing.

Our mission is to Learn, Share, and Implement the Process of Premier Investors.


Business Description:

Capital Allocators has two primary activities that manifest this mission – Content and Gatherings.

Content is the foundation of our business and includes multiple podcast concepts, community newsletters, blogs, and public speaking.

Gatherings include Capital Allocators University, our executive education course for allocators, and Capital Allocators Summits, gatherings of leaders in the industry to connect and learn from each other.


We are seeking a Community Engagement Manager (CEM) to develop deeper relationships with our followers.

The CEM will work in lockstep with the Capital Allocators virtual team to communicate regularly with listeners and help develop projects of interest to them.

Interested candidates should be excited to build relationships with the Capital Allocators community. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-first mindset.

The role comes with independence and requires frequent communication and collaboration with the team. We are looking for someone who can take the ball and run with it, clearly communicating successes and failures along the way.

  • • Experience in financial markets, investing, or adjacent industries
  • • Enthusiastic extrovert (MBTI E)
  • • Passion for investing
  • • Demonstrated success in a team environment

  • • Geographically anywhere, U.S. work permit required
