We are looking for someone who will have independent authority to act on investments without a laborious approval process. We would like to find a partner that is completely aligned with the office and its objectives. Therefore, we will offer co-investment options to the CIO. The family is interested in doing unique deals that don’t rely on the old structures of the past while taking a very long-term approach to investing.
