An On-Demand Experience · Curated by Capital Allocators

The hardest day to invest
is always today.

Capital Allocators University is the experience built to counter that — frameworks, peer community, and an annual event that help institutional investors generate organizational alpha and reduce unforced errors.
Not just a course. An experience.

A course teaches you once. CAU stays with you. Evergreen curriculum, a private peer community, and an annual New York City gathering — one membership, working in three directions at once.

01

On-Demand Curriculum

Six core modules covering the interdisciplinary skills that compound over a career. Each module pairs frameworks with an assignment for immediate application, and every lesson includes a searchable transcript.

02

Private Peer Community

Verified LinkedIn groups segmented by persona — allocators in one, managers in another. Active enough to be useful, quiet enough to respect your time. The right peers, the right context, the right conversations.

03

Annual NYC Gathering

An allocator-only afternoon followed by a combined evening with participating managers. Curated by Capital Allocators – every invitation approved.

Built on what works in the real world.

What people ask first.

What happens once I register?
The moment you enroll, you will gain access to all video modules, the curated resource library, and the private LinkedIn group.
What's the difference between the Allocator and Manager memberships?
Allocators access the 6 core modules and receive invitations to the CAU Gathering afternoon and evening sessions. Managers and Service Providers access the same 6 modules plus the IR Add-On module (Best-in-Class IR) and can purchase an evening CAU Gathering ticket separately for $500. Persona is declared at registration and subject to Capital Allocators approval.
Is this self-paced or on a schedule?
Fully self-paced. All modules are available on-demand from day one. Each module includes a homework assignment designed for the week that follows, but there are no deadlines or cohort windows.
How does the CAU Gathering work?
The first CAU Gathering will take place Summer 2027. Location, date, and time will be announced closer to the event. Event invitations are subject to Capital Allocators approval. Allocators receive an invitation with their membership covering both the afternoon (allocators only) and combined evening sessions. Managers and Service Providers can purchase a $500 ticket for the combined evening session after enrollment. Denied applicants receive a full refund of the event ticket cost.
What happens to my existing Premium membership?
Existing Premium members receive $250 off their first year of CAU — applied automatically at checkout via email match. At renewal, your Premium membership is absorbed into CAU. One subscription, one bill going forward.
Can I expense this through my organization's L&D budget?
Most members do. CAU is structured as a professional development membership and is typically expensable under learning & development or continuing education budgets. We can provide an invoice and supporting materials upon request.
Is there a team or group membership option?
Currently all memberships are individual. Each login is tied to a named individual. If you're looking to enroll your team, contact us to discuss options.
