Shortly after I finished the interviews for the Sustainable Investing mini-series, Black Lives Matter took center stage in the United States. I asked around and discovered that the subject is uncomfortable for many to discuss and that while many CIOs are interested in being part of the solution, most are not familiar with the underlying nature of the problem or the actions to take as a result.

This mini-series, Diversity & Inclusion: Awareness and Action, is a four-part introduction to the issues at hand. We’ll explore what’s been going on for a long time and hear what some are doing about it. It’s my small part in contributing to fostering the conversation.
